Overview:

Finely detailed antique Art Nouveau enameled pansy brooch/pendant (circa 1900s to 1910s), crafted in 14 karat yellow gold.

Three round brilliant cut diamonds are estimated at 0.08 carats each and total an estimated 0.24 carats (estimated at H-I color and VS2-SI1 clarity). The diamonds are a later addition to the piece.

Three enameled pansy flowers in shades of yellow, blue and purple make a lovely statement. Wearable as a brooch or a pendant the versatile piece is a great example of Art Nouveau era jewelry when flora and fauna were prominent in jewelry design. The enamel is in good condition with some minor loss to the enamel at the outer edges of the petals. We have not cleaned the brooch/pendant in order to preserve the patina and collector value.
